Order Cancellation
Product Orders
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Landscaping & Gardening Services
- Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur service preparation charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Product unavailable after payment
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect product delivered
- Damaged product received (with proof)
- Service unable to be provided by Green Sky Gardening
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Natural variation in plants
- Improper plant care after delivery
- Delays caused by customer unavailability
- Services already completed
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
