Plant Products
Plants are living products and may naturally vary in size, shape, and color.
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product arrives damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is dead upon delivery
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs.
Pots, Planters & Gardening Products
Returns may be requested within 3 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect exists
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Landscaping & Gardening Services
Completed services are non-returnable. Any service-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion for review.
Return Approval
Green Sky Gardening reserves the right to inspect and verify return claims before approval.
